'The wonderful location of this home is very convenient to TCU. You can easily walk to campus. The neighborhood is nice and the home is nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning works great. Parking in front of the home was very easy. The host was wonderful to communicate with and responds quickly. We really enjoyed this neighborhood and would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to be close to TCU.'

'Sketchy neighborhood and property is shared with other guests, we were not made aware of it and it scared us at night hearing people coming into the property. There is also a door that can be opened from another room that we have no way of locking, so if on that side of the shared space there is someone, they could unlock the door from their side and we'd have no way of keeping them out of our side of the building.
