'We were very pleased with the house, which was very comfortable, especially the lounge on the top floor. The house is in a lovely position not far from the seafront and not a very long walk to Birchington and the train station.'

'Very charming, great location, and good beds. However, the only full bathroom has major issues. We would not stay here again.'

'What a lovely cozy little cottage. We loved it. So close to the centre. Cannot fault it!'

'We booked the barn for my friend’s hen do, and it was absolutely perfect. Everyone was blown away, we all had the best time. Thank you so much!'

'A lovely house with lots of space. Very comfy and cosy for a few days of relaxation.'

'Great stay! Host was great at giving instructions and the location is excellent! Would definitely book again!'

'The property was as described, clean, with all the comforts you would need. It was in a lovely setting with sheep on our doorstep. We couldn’t fault the property. Not all light switches worked either. Upstairs bathroom needed work where paint flaking. We use Boutique Retreats a lot and the house lacked their...

'I stayed for 5 days with my best girlfriend from Italy. We had a fantastic time. The flat is cosy, comfortable and in a perfect location either if you want to enjoy Broadstairs or, like us, driving along the coast. I highly recommend it!'

'We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in The old barn.
