'Amy was a great Hostess, she was always available and very accommodating. We were there for a celebration of life so not a lot of extra activity. Would definitely book again!'

After booking the place our return flight got canceled so we had to shorten our trip. The host went out of his way to help us with that. He also called to make sure everything was going good and that we didn’t need anything. I would definitely recommend his place. '

'This property is in a great location on the North side of Clearwater beach and away from the business. Definitely more quiet and more open beach (only 2 blocks away!). For the price, this was an excellent place to stay. Would definitely consider staying here again. '

'Our 3rd stay here at Coquino Cove!! Walk two blocks to the awesome beach. Within walking distance to coffee shops, ice cream shop and restaurants!! Unit is delightful. Heated pool is wonderful. LOVE having access to the washer and dryer! '

'The property is overall nice and is truly steps from the beach. The WiFi if very poor in the unit, making and tv networks near impossible to load and making it difficult to search activities online. The bathroom is very small and lacks places to set toiletries. The communication overall was good but felt it was mostly set to auto messaging. We missed an entire day due to a late flight and I asked a few different times of late check out was possible but never received a reply.'

'My husband and grandson enjoyed their weekend stay to attend a beach wedding. Marta answered any questions I had for them quickly. Lots to do within walking distance. Bed was comfortable and A/C worked perfectly to keep them cool.'
