'I’ve stayed in many hotels around West Lake, and this apartment stands out. It was definitely more spacious and modern, with better amenities for the price. Having a washing machine, kitchen, and elevator made my stay much easier. I asked about drying clothes and the staff kindly assisted without charging. No annoying sales talk about tours or taxis, which made the experience much more pleasant. '
