'Friendly and quiet'

'Comfortable, clean and convenient. Off season pricing and fireplace were a plus. Only concern was there was only one chair in the room for two people with a king bed and no table for working on lap top etc.'

'I booked the hotel and then canceled it. I called the front desk for the cancellation and they told me that they would cancel and refund with a penalty. Half month later, I noticed that I did not receive the refund. I called them and contacted Expedia. But, very surprisingly they said they would not refund anything. I explained again and again what happened and what the hotel had told me before. Finally they said '

'Was able to have a first floor room as requested. Perfect for getting my dog in and out. Staff, as usual, friendly and welcoming. Room just right. '

'Staff was friendly, room was really small and layed out weird, but we had beautiful water view... Which easa bonus. It was really cold everywhere...pool, lobby, etc. and the hot tub kinda smelled like dog. It was ok and ok for what we paid. '

'What a lovely space to relax and enjoy. The views were beautiful. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit our last night as we brought in the New Year..The owners were kind and respectful to work with. If you like fish and chips don't miss out. Proper fish is delicious. We'd love to return for another visit. Thank you for providing such a nice place to enjoy Bainbridge. '
