'No hot water and no communication. We had no hot water - like the hot water was turned off, it was ice cold and no faucet increased. We called, texted, and messaged through Expedia, and got no response. No one is on site. If I am paying this price for a lodge stay I expect to be able to have hot - or at the very least warm water. 'Comfortable, clean and convenient. Off season pricing and fireplace were a plus. Only concern was there was only one chair in the room for two people with a king bed and no table for working on lap top etc.'

'We loved our stay here! The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and it was incredibly quiet—exactly what we were hoping for. We originally booked in part because of the breakfast omelette bar, which unfortunately wasn’t available during our stay.
