'Helena always kept us well informed. We had an issue with the water drainage which was resolved very quickly. The unit was in good condotion, it lacked nothing. The location was ideal for us. 'We just stayed at this property in April. The property is even better in person and immaculately clean. There is snorkel gear which we used nearly every day at Kuilima Cove where we saw beautiful reef fish, eels and an octopus! The condo itself gets a nice breeze from the lanai, but there is GREAT AC, if needed. The location is peaceful and the views of the golf course and trees are lovely. It's nice to be so close to Lei Lei's for a meal or even a to-go order. Oh, and the beds are SO SO...

'We loved the condo and the location . We were able to utilize the amenities of the Ritz without having to stay in the hotel. We were a little disappointed in the response time from the property manager. One question was never responded to and our fist question took more than 24 hours to get a response.All in, I would highly recommend this condo'

'We had an amazing week at the condo. It was clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for our family. The location was perfect up at the North Shore.
