'Beautifully designed and appointed property with the most welcoming and helpful staff. The serene and attractive central pool area and the stylishly understated decor of both the rooms and the public spaces create an immediate sense of relaxation, but it was the warmth of the hospitality that combined with these elements to make such a memorable stay. We very much hope to be back.'

'We had a great stay at Lemon Branch! The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and a liquor store. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Having a restaurant on-site with different daily specials every day was a nice bonus. The free trolley made it so easy to get to Downtown Miami and South Beach without spending extra on transportation. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!'

'Great location but moldy smell is extremely overwhelming. Have washed my clothes 3 times since I got home and still smells like this hotel. Pool is very small and pool chairs were always occupied by peoples stuff that were most likely at the beach. Breakfast was mediocre for $30 pp, you essentially pay for the view. Room was ok, standard but no microwave. Wouldn’t stay here again.'

'De hotel airco werkte niet, dus was er een losse airco unit die veel lawaai maakte. Daarnaast werkte een deel van de douche niet en werd het water niet echt warm. Klein ding: de spiegel in de badkamer hing op borsthoogte, terwijl ik van gemiddelde lengte ben.'

'Everything was well maintained , clean and in a convenient location. My only complaint was that I wasn’t aware of the check in procedures prior to my arrival but the staff was nice and accommodating.'

'We hebben een erg prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De kamer was netjes en schoon, precies zoals je hoopt aan te treffen. Alles zag er goed onderhouden uit en voelde fris aan. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, echt een pluspunt. De locatie is ook top: alles is goed bereikbaar en het hotel ligt op een handige plek als je de omgeving wil verkennen. Extra handig: je kunt je auto boven bij het hotel parkeren, wat het in- en uitladen van bagage super makkelijk maakt. Het enige...

'We booked a room with cityview, however we got a room at the back with view on a wall. We did not get any compensation or apologies. The airconditioning in our room was very noisy and there were only towels for one person so we had to wait a while to get the second ones. In good confidence we let the reception arrange a taxi to the cruiseterminal. Arriving nearby the terminal we had to pay the driver $130 for a 40 minute drive!!! We protested that the amount was too much but the driver insisted...

'There is no onsite staff to help assist you, they only communicate through messages and it’s hard to get a response from them in a timely manor, they said they had parking and then messaged us and said they do not have parking, our toilet also would not flush, the room was hot and muggy, and the staffing messaging us were unreliable, we asked for a refund and would not give us one. Warning - Do Not Book unless you want to be scammed! '
