'Voor een airport hotel prima, maar niets speciaals '

'The hotel and staff were fine but my room not so much. The fridge in the room was off and I had to trouble shoot how to get it plugged back into the wall behind the cabinet. The was not working when I checked and had issues my whole stay. It would work for brief period and the compressor would stop and only the fan function would work. At the very end of my trip they offered for me to move rooms but at that point was just looking to sleep and be up early for my flight out.'

'The hotel was very nice, clean, and secure. The staff provided excellent customer service and were very friendly and helpful. They helped me with everything I needed, and I really appreciated their kindness. I would definitely stay here again.'

'Parking was not adequate for number of guest rooms. Back entrance from small parking lot does not work. You must walk around the building to the main entrance. Air conditioning unit points directly at the bed and cannot be diverted. Adequate but pricey.'

'Very close to Laguardia Airport with free airport shuttle. Very nice and helpful staff. Room was modern, clean and comfortable for my 1 night stay. Chicken n waffles at 3rd floor restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. Only concern was really dirty carpets in hallway (first impression when exiting the elevator) and room.'

'The hotel provides breakfast, which is amazing cause some places in NY don't open early, plus you have to drive and look for parking. This really helped us with our stay. There is a parking lot across the street for $26 a night but if you willing, you can find street parking. We were lucky to find some. I think it'll be amazing if they do some type of parking vouchers.'

'Not all rooms got smart tv. Not all rooms got a good tv or remote. Parking is first come first serve. The staff can be more helpful but they dont try to accommodate guests with their needs. The house keeping service is delayed, when we asked for fresh clean towels, it took them 30 mins to bring it up, we had to call remind them. The housekeeper was on a private phone call while working. The floors are not being swept and tubs are not being scrubbed. There is always construction waking us up...

'Breakfast was very disappointing for western customs. rice, egg, toasted bread and a croissant. usually was already out. every morning after that but mc.Donalds had breakfast'

'Location is close to and from the LGA airport with shuttle even better'

'staff was so kind. stayed here when my friend and I went to the governor’s ball and it wasn’t too far from the park it was held at. A nice walk! Lots of different options nearby for places to eat at and just walk around and shop or just window shop!! Would definitely come back :))'
