'Best that can be said is that it was clean. The shower was ok. No on-site staff, we had to check in using a Ring doorbell and bad phone connection. The baseboard heat control required me to get on the floor and crawl into the corner of the room behind the fridge. And the room didn’t look at all like the picture on Expedia. 'I had a wonderful stay at the St. Charles Hotel. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, which was a huge plus.
