'I didn't get to see much of the spa because you needed to book a facial or massage to use it. I had a pedicure but that didn't count for some reason. Would be nice if you could just pay a small fee if all you wanted to do was get access to the spa area for the day. And maybe put a few indoor plants in there; because there's no windows so it feels a little claustrophobic.'

'Absolutely awful! You can get a hotel for the same price or less on the beach. This place isn't anywhere close to the ocean. Not to mention the breakfast was awful, orange juice that tastes like water, generic, thin bacon! The temperature control in the rooms wasn't user friendly and froze when I slept. Dirty sheets. 'My friends and I had a wonderful time at the Halepuna Waikiki by Halekulani. We very much enjoyed the minimalist style, and it offered the perfect balance of being close to a variety of activities and attractions, while also providing a relaxing place to unwind whenever we needed. Being next door to the Halekulani Bakery was the cherry on top. The hotel staff were incredibly hospitable, and we will definitely return.'
