'The bathroom was not what was displayed online. We did not get master tub and the shower filled up past our ankles when showering. It would not drain unless water off. Also the bathroom door was damaged and would not close all the way, there was a large crack where u can see in. No true privacy. The resort itself was nice but room not as expected or worth the price.'

'At 4:00 a.m., I awoke to use the restroom. While returning to my bed, I observed a cockroach traversing the floor. Naturally, I was unable to resume sleep. As I remained in bed with the lights illuminated, unable to fall asleep, additional cockroaches were observed moving throughout the room. I have recorded a video of this incident. Yesterday, a roach was discovered. Maintenance personnel promptly eliminated the roach and limited their efforts to spraying around the balcony door. We are seeking...

'Clean rooms and a great breakfast'

'We’ve been coming to this resort for several years and it’s the second year we’ve had problems with the room. This year the air conditioning, microwave and tv were not working when we checked into our room. It took maintenance 1.5 hrs to fix the issues and during that time we were not offered to switch rooms. Once complete maintenance left. We went down to the front desk who was aware of the issue and had said nothing during the duration, and the most they offered was to remove the resort fee...

'This was me and my family’s 2nd time staying at this hotel and it’s such a nice place to stay. Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. Love the gelato!! My favorite treat. My kids loved the pool and it’s a great place to fully get away and relax. I would stay a 3rd time.'

'The “ free high speed internet “ doesn’t exist. What they claim it WiFi only lasts few minutes and cut you off. Beach area was clean and nice, but if you want to seat on a chair and under an umbrella, you’ll have to bring your own or rent them for about forty dollars a day. They do nickel and dime you every step you take. A lot of miscellaneous charges that no one could explain what these charges include, no one. We love Hilton Head Island, but will not go back to Hilton beach front hotel.'
