'FCS Championship weekend with several 60-yr old college friends. The house was 10 minutes away from Toyota Stadium, 45 minutes to AT&T Stadium, and 40 minutes to DFW. Great location. We had plenty of room for seven of us. Perfect setup for bloody mary brunches and for hanging out evenings after a couple days of football.'

'Stayed just one night. Very clean quiet and beds were very comfortable! The only issues we had were that the WiFi did not work and there were no coffee filters for the coffee maker. The no WiFi was not a big deal for us as we were not there very long and I bought coffee filters for the coffee maker so now that issue is solved. We enjoyed the tranquility of the property and the ease of the stay. Would definitely stay there again and will recommend to others. '

'Hosted extended family for Thanksgiving and needed more space than our home offered. The Argyle Villa was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space and a dedicated bathroom for each of the four bedrooms. The country setting was unique and enjoyable. Host was very responsive addressing one small access issue that arose during the stay.'

Some of the neighbors were a bit loud—blaring music well into the night—but they kept to themselves, and we hardly noticed them once we were indoors.
