'Clean & comfortable. There was only a keurig, no drip coffee maker as listed. The bathrooms were located off both bedrooms, so not the most convenient. Finding the garbage chutes on floors 1-18 were nearly impossible! Our instructions said "behind an unmarked door" and I didn't see any, all doors were locked, I ended up going out back to the dumpster. Only one fob was provided when the listing mentioned two. The block itself in which the apartment is located is rather industrial, with a garage next door. Also, you can hear the person upstairs walk and anything they drop makes a loud sound. '

'The property listed is not at all the actual property. This is a switch and bait. The outside door was not working properly, when we went to breakfast we had to wait 45 minutes before someone can and let us in. When I called about the door issue, I was told that it was a known issue. '
