'We were very happy with the place. Everything was clean and working. The location is amazing walking distance from all the fun spots in Baltimore. The neighborhood felt safe and parking, which was our biggest concern, was never a problem as there were always parking spots on the street. All in all Great experience and definitely recommend recommended it. Landlord was always available to answer our questions so that was also great. '

'This booking is a SCAM! Do not waste your time. I made a reservation for my family to stay in the penthouse, to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We arrive at the building and front desk staff are unaware of any arrangements. I called the number for the “property owner” and get voicemail which directs me to call another number. I booked this back on may 5th for july 10th-13th I get there i cant get in contact with the owner Lorraine Jacobs i called multiple times left voicemails she NEVER reached out to me. 'The property was very clean and property manager was very nice and responsive.It would have been helpful to have paper towels, cleaning wipes, laundry soap, dryer sheets, and dish soap in the kitchen.Felt safe in the appt.You might want to replace the handle on the front door, seems about to break!Thank you for a nice alternative to a hotel!'

'I waited hours before I was able to get it touch with host. Actually Vrbo managed to contact host who finally sent someone over to give me access to an apartment. The apartment was nothing like it was described. In fact it was in another building several blocks away. I purposely did not want carpeting (I have terrible alergies) which is why I selected this VIVO apartment. The apartment I got was not even in the same building and all the rooms except the kitchen and bathroom were carperted....
