'Clean property'

'Upon the check in and the check out, 2 staff members stood out. I checked in on 7/18/26 at around 2 p.m. The clerk was friendly, professional, and helpful. He did everything to make us feel welcomed. When we came back to our room around 5:00 p.m. and clerk was on duty. She too was friendly, professional, and helpful. The whole city lost power and she kept us of informed of the repairs. This was a very reasonable priced clean hotel. I would definitely return.'

'Room clean but baseboard was loose. Breakfast was poor. Pool was broken (leak). Air conditioning was good (thank goodness).'

'We were surprised that there weren’t any complimentary waters upon arrival. No liquid soap/shampoos/conditioners in the bathtub/shower. Pillows were small squares and inadequate. The a/c was loud. Not the best product I’ve been in but not the worst either. Not sure I’ll stay we’ll stay in a Best Western again.'

'I really want to give our stay a 5 star review bc the place is beautiful with awesome pools and amenities however it is clear there is absolutely no one managing this place. The only staff present are a bartender and chef who comes in on the weekend. There was no one to help us check in and nothing was labeled to know where we were staying. Our cabin was really nice with great views. However, there were ants in our cabin’s bunk room that covered my clothes in the morning. The stairs leading...
