'Nice Riverfront house with plenty of shade area underneath. On a very wide spot of the river that was good for kayaking. May trip river was roughly 3 feet deep near the shores and 1 ft in the middle. Outboard boats where able to get through. The house itself has plenty of room and everything you need to enjoy your stay. The only thing we had issues with where the stairs up to house where short steps so if you have big feet it is a little tricky. A good stay if you love being on the river.'
