'Overall we had a good experience staying in the Marmot cabin. Yes, it is small, and my wife and I had to sometimes dance around each other but it was fully expected from the description. 'Our stay was perfect. This location is convenient to downtown Estes and close to both the Beaver Meadows and Falls River RMNP entrances. We had a 1BR/1Bath which met our needs perfectly. Brandon was friendly and responsive to our needs. The unit was clean and well maintained. I will definitely recommend this to friends.'

'This property is conveniently located to downtown Estes, but beyond the location, the property host was easy to communicate with! The home was crystal clean, stocked with the necessary items to roll in and feel prepared. We enjoyed watching the elk cruise by, we had twin elk fawns resting in our backyard one afternoon. We enjoyed mean games of Uno on the porch with the mountain background! Within walking distance, Claire’s was delicious, Danish icecream had the best cones, peaceful morning walks...

'With this being my first time is Estes Park, I could not imagine a better place. It was SO close to everything from the National Park to downtown, this is the place to be. It was SO stinking cute inside and out. Definitely recommend for 1 or 2 people! The host was so accommodating and even let us extend our stay another night with no hassle. Would 100% stay here again! 'This cabin had everything we needed! Cozy and clean with all the amenities. Close to the RMNP entrance which worked out well for early morning hikes. Spent time reading by the river - very relaxing.One evening we experienced the company of 6 female elk and 4 babies who wandered up from the river and spent time grazing right outside of the cabin. Unforgettable! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.'

'It was a beautiful old cabin. Very unique. It was very creaky but that didntget matter at all. There hasn't a whole lot to do in the area but we wanted a cabin in the mountains and that is what we got! The town shuts down early. But overall we had a great stay!'

'My family of 4 found this simple, clean cabin the perfect resting spot for our weekend. It’s conveniently located to Rocky Mountain NP and Estes Park and has great views of the mountains. We even saw an elk by the driveway when we pulled up!'

"Tijdens onze roadtrip door Colorado in juni 2025 zijn we hier 1 nacht geweest en dat is boven verwachting geweest. De kamers zijn groot, netjes schoon en de bedden erg fijn. Ontbijt was prima verzorgd. Erg goed dat er geen wegwerp bestek en borden gebruikt worden. De locatie is prima midden in Longmont, dicht bij supermarkten en winkels. Er is een leuk binnen zwembad. Een paar kleine minpuntjes: het hotel was best prijzig (maar dat zijn alle hotels in de omgeving) en de kamer was nogal gehorig (maar ook dat is bijna standaard in de USA). En je moet extra betalen voor parkeren. Maar wij zouden een volgende keer zeker terugkomen! Prima hotel."
