'Stayed at this location as I grew up a few streets away and because of it's proximity to the LIRR and family/friends. Host was friendly and responsive. Bring ear plugs for sleeping if not used to road noise as the bedrooms are street side. Would stay here again.'

'The apartment was mostly as described (though much darker than it appeared in the photos) and met our needs. It's in a convenient location, and it was mostly comfortable. It's a bit run-down and needs some maintenance. We had some issues while we were there, with a TV that didn't work, 2 remotes (one had dead batteries; the other just needs to be replaced), and a pipe under the kitchen sink leaking water.'

Before arrival, it was difficult to get answers to basic questions such as bed sizes, the entrance location, parking, and check-in information. 'We enjoyed the stay at this quaint second floor apartment. A few small tweaks could have given the stay a 5 star visit. It was a bit smaller than expected but it fit our family well. We would have liked to have some extra sheets and blankets to use the pull out sofa and trundle that were available.'
