'Rooms were clean with plenty of room and updated amenities. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great! The automatic pancake machine was a big hit with my family. We are early to bed people and this hotel was nice and quiet. Located close to shopping and restaurants.'

'2 pizza’s under cooked (refunded), ordered pizza again…undercooked! I was accidentally double charged for parking, The pool area had very strong fumes of chlorine. My eyes and my kids eyes and throats also had burning sensations that took a day to recover from. Great Wolf Lodge needs to find a way to circulate fresh air and maintain the warm temperatures while it’s cold outside. Other than these issues the experience was fun. '

'Wifi didnt work. Front desk wasnt able to help. Neither was the company running the service.
Laundry issues. runs on quarters too, however hotel is not able to supply.
Besides those 2 frustrating issues, all good, however hotel is stuck in the mid 90's, thats what it looks like. Nothing wrong with that, but its not even trying to compete with the rest. Room windows poorly seal so sound like theyre open all the time. Not worth the price. There are far better options for the same if not lower...
