'The one thing i didn't like or appreciate was they put a $500 hold for incidentals and never once said anything about a resort fee being deducted from that hold. I feel very misled. Resort fees should be upfront. That is not an incidental!!'

For those complaining about noise do not understand when you stay in a heavily tourist area you will hear noise and Isla Verde is a large tourist area.
