Hotels met sauna in Maine Highlands

'The property was great. We only had an issue with checking in. When we provided our credit card for incidentals my card was declined. We tried other credit cards including my husbands and they all declined. It was quite embarrassing however the women at the front desk was super helpful and figured out it was an issue with Expedia. She mentioned that when I booked the rooms through Expedia the number of people in the room that was updated from 7 to 4 became an issue and the cards wouldn’t work....

'We got there at 8:55 and the website said the pool was open until 10. The front desk staff said the pool closed for kids at 9, which wasn’t said anywhere on the website. So we stood there with a crying toddler while the front desk ladies just stood and watched. It was just uncomfortable. Got to our room, the toilet wouldn’t flush and the phone didn’t work. Had to plunge to toilet three different times. No breakfast. Had to pay for everything. Just overall a lousy stay.'
