'I stayed at this property as a solo traveler and everyone was so helpful and kind. I felt really protected and safe at this hotel. It was also close to shopping, museums and great restaurants. The front desk staff was always so helpful and kind and always willing to answer questions. The restaurant staff was also great and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for those traveling solo or want to be in the heart of the city. '

'Very good breakfast, omlette and cheese especially. Staff very helpful. Tour desk available, as well taxi transfer to the airport. Area is in general quite, close to metro stations, we walked to Central station and bus station to get to Valparaiso and Vina del mar.'

'Mooie nieuwe Luxe hotel, personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, Ontbijt was ook goed , alles was goed te doen openbare vervoer, we kregen zelf twee twee persoons bedden in de kamer , met goed uitzicht en Wifi was heel goed'

'Great location, but with that comes some noise... the kitchen is the best we found in our long trip. There is even olive oil and a knife sharpner. Im impressed. Could be a little cleaner, found some long hairs on the floor abd kitchen sink still dirty. Bathroom was clean though.'

'Room was quite spacious but no fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is drinking water in the breakfast area. Location wise, the path to the hotel seems a bit sketchy at night. It’s a 30 min walk to the main attractions. There are lots of things to explore on the way so not bad. Overall a good place to stay at.'
