'This house is exactly as advertised. If you are looking for a quiet, spacious place in the country, this is it. The owners are very helpful and the beds are extremely comfortable. This is a country home, not an urban luxury residence. The disadvantage is LA traffic. It takes about an hour to get anywhere in LA.'

'What a view! I don't think there's any better. It was wonderful waking up to that every day. We ended up needing to stay longer and the host was great. Got back to us quickly and was very kind and helpful. The house had everything we needed and was very cute and clean. We miss seeing the deer and the nanday parakeets.'

'What a lovely and unique property! As described, the rental is actually 2 separate "studio-style" spaces, each with a full bath, small kitchenette, and private outdoor deck space. Each space is distinctively decorated with thoughtful amenities and great attention to detail. So inviting and comfortable! The location is perfect - nestled into the hillside of Fernwood, which is about halfway between PCH and Top-O-Topanga. This rental is ideally situated for 2 couples (or 2 independent adults)...

'This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.'

'Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in weniger als zehn Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Selbst mit Pick Up Truck kann man kostenlos vor der Tür parken, no problem. '

'We stayed at the Birds Nest with our kids and it was honestly one of our favorite getaways. The boho aesthetic is even better in person — thoughtful, warm, and so well done. The deck was perfect for meals and downtime, and the location is unbeatable: tucked into Topanga but minutes from the beach. The kids loved it and so did we. Highly recommend for families looking for something a little special outside of the typical rental. Five stars all around!'

'Room was as expected, maybe a bit smaller, but perfect for our needs. Clean. Nice to have soap, shampoo, and hair dryer. Bed was comfortable, towels were fluffy. Easy in and out. Street parking was plentiful. Great neighborhood for walking. '
