'Entire property was fantastic. The location was perfect as we were in the area for a few days to go enjoy the wineries. Everything was as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were super responsive whenever we had any questions about the property, and were always happy to help. The house was clean and the hot tub was great! The view from the backyard is incredible!! We would absolutely stay here again! '

'Lana was great. Location was close to interstate and easy to navigate around the area. Two king beds were great and the other room has 2 beds. Everyone had their own space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with Lana was amazing. She repsonded quickly to all our questions and needs. Not sure when we will come this way again but will stay here if we do!'

'On December 20, a tree fell and crushed the front of our motorhome. We needed another plan for our annual January 1 State of Our Union trip. We knew nothing about Martinez, except that John Muir had lived there. We found this place was available, lovely and had a nice fenced yard for our dog. Dustin was very responsive, answered all our questions and made our reservation, check in and stay simple. 'Great space, and the bed in the master bedroom was wonderful. We’d suggest adding reading lighting in family room (overhead light above fireplace wasn’t working), and master bath sink faucets water volume is low. Also, toilet in master bath rocks so needs a shiv. Hope this is helpful as the home is delightful!'

'My family and I really enjoyed staying at this house. It was close enough to Napa and not too far from the city. The house seemed bigger than the pictures and we really enjoyed our stay.'

'The apartment is beautifully put together. Great amenities - appliances, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fresh flowers, etc. This had windows all around, so great light and beautiful craftsman decor. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. Great bath and kitchen. Good internet etc.'

'Our host was amazing!!! We rented the week of NYE, and a big storm started early new years eve day. Hunter checked in with us to make sure all was well, and after short local area internet outage, Hunter offered, and was over in 15 minutes rebooting and getting our internet access up and going again! Hunter saved NYE and our family reunion!'
