'I liked the location a lot, all though i made a mistake thinking a booked breakfast which they do not have ( my bad) there were good options a few minutes away to turn too. The fridge and airco were a bit noisy but once they stopped area is really quiet!! Easy access nice personal!!'

'Staff doesn't care when other guests are loud in the middle of the night for hours. If you report a noise disturbance they'll just ignore you and do nothing about hours of noise in neighboring rooms in the middle of the night. I will never stay there again.'

Service was poor from the start. We had to ask for the advertised welcome drink, and several other guests were doing the same. The hotel also appeared understaffed. At the bar, we waited over 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. Our room was clean, but we booked a Vineyard Suite expecting the experience...

'Loved my stay! Beautiful historic building, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The boutique atmosphere made it feel much more special than a typical hotel. Once you step inside, it feels like you're somewhere on vacation in Europe. No elevator, but actually the staircase was beautiful (and manageable). Courtyard was charming too. They keep the building secured by giving you an access code. Good restaurants nearby. Excellent value. Would definitely stay again.'

There were 2 weddings and 1 conference taking place at the same time. I had 2 issues that were not handled well and both pretty significant issues.
