'No fault of the hotel but lots of construction going on. Maybe won't last long '

'My husband and I spend a lot of time traveling by motorcycle and have stayed in 50 vacation rentals. This is exactly the kind of place we look for when booking our trips; quiet, clean and comfortable. The house is nicely decorated with everything that we needed to relax at the end of the day. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch listening to the birds and watching the fireflies. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Mars Hill.'

'Great place to stay, but needs a set of instructions on how to use TV and the AC unit, also gas grill was very dirty and twice we saw a mouse in the kitchen. A couple of elevated triangular deck boards near the hot tub were a tripping hazard. Over half of the outside party light bulbs were inoperable. All of these were minor issues and overall our stay was most enjoyable.'

'Had a wonderful time. Only 2 very small recommendations for improvement are that the fireplace room tv soundbar is too loud with no volume control from remotes and the sidewalk leading up to the house is very rough with tree branches that need trimmed.'
