'Small mom-and-pop place with very kind owners. The lobby was virtually nonexistent-just a check-in desk open only part-time but owners available by phone. The parking lot had a steep entry for our small car but we came in/out at an angle and it was fine. The lot was narrow, so I don’t know how large trucks/SUVs managed. 'Very clean, kitchen was supplied to cook a meal, if you want to. Good supply of bath towels. Fridge was nice and clean. Living room was comfy as well as the bed. Close to the shops and fishing pier. The beach was about a 5 minute drive. Not many restaurants to choose from in Rockport so I would advise to take some snacks or there is an HEB to shop. Just bring your own laundry soap if you wanna do a load of laundry. They work well and we’re clean as well. Definitely staying here again. '
