'Quirky is a good description. The house is very cute with fun colors and wallpaper, nicely supplied with everything you need (extra credit for a decent frying pan!) but it's has quirks - including the management company's app. We had trouble with the heater which is noisy and oddly placed in the floor and the stove. The manager got all of our problems fixed quickly, but there were enough quirks to subtract one star. Also, an emergency room is very close so ambulances. and the occasional...
