'This Penthouse apt exceeded my expectations. The host,Joe, met us at apt and got us checked in. He told us a little history of the building, and was very accommodating. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is centrally located in downtown area within walking distance of restaurants, gas station, bakery and ice cream shop on the ground floor. We hope to make it back here again one day when we can stay longer, 100% enjoyed our stay!'

'Overall the stay at this property was great! We loved how close it was to dining and shopping in the gulch. It was super nice to have a full kitchen and living room area. The room was clean but there were a few dents in the walls and the furniture in the living room was not great quality. Check in was contactless and very easy! Their details to get into the property were easy to understand. Pool and other common areas were very well kept! Would stay here again!'

'Had to Uber everywhere. The property was nice - but long hallways, felt a little scary. The penthouse should definitely update amenities. Bath towels were mix match, bedding felt and looked older. King room didn’t have a tv. Over all the place felt plain and not worth the money. Cleaning crew could definitely do a better job. Crumbs on kitchen floor, table had a grease film on it , crumbled up towel paper in bathroom drawers. We would definitely choose a hotel closer to broadway and feel better...
