'A cozy and comfortable house close to the Georgetown campus and downtown. Host was great and available for questions. Would stay again if we return to the Lexington area.'

'the house was nice for the family the gararge worked nice for my grand kids. .down side the kitchen items where terrible pots pans bowels where like they went to a yard sale no wine glasses, had to go by some extra forks n steak knifes. dish soap almost nothing in the bottle, i garbage bag that is it if you ever watched next level chef i was cooking in the basement. towels very little we had to use a hand towel for the floor mat. said enough. '

'The couch and recliner were very cheap and uncomfortable. The floor is way dirty. left our feet black after just very little walking, and the backyard had dog poop throughout, which made it smell and kept me from letting my son play out there.Other than those issues, I’d say it’s a 5-star place. The location is great—quiet and very nice. With some upgraded furniture and better attention to cleanliness outside, this place would be excellent.'
