'Bad experience, my backpack get stollen, staff did try to help review cameras all this thing, didn’t see anyone except housekeeping, I ask does she saw backpack while cleaning room , didn’t get clear answer from staff, I don’t have enough time fighting with them cuz I have to go to the airport. I lost my car keys, metaglass case , AirPods and my clothes. I hope so somebody follow me up with the details and updates.'

'This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. Since we couldn’t use the property we requested a refund and they declined. We never stepped...
