'When we turned on the heaters, all the fuses blew and we had to spend the night without heat. The host didn't respond until the next day. There weren't enough towels and dishes. But overall, the house was fine.'

'Upon arrival we noted that the property exterior was littered with trash and broken glass. It was also noted that there was nowhere to park your car except on the street. Property interior did not resemble the pictures that were posted online (compare what we saw with what is online). The neighborhood was sketchy, slum like and did not feel safe. We didn’t feel safe nor were the accommodations even marginally acceptable. '

'I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. '

'This was most definitely not a family friendly neighborhood.The unit itself was clean with plenty of room. The neighborhood was quite frankly frightening. We left after one night to a safer environment for the family.'
