'Upon arrival we noted that the property exterior was littered with trash and broken glass. It was also noted that there was nowhere to park your car except on the street. Property interior did not resemble the pictures that were posted online (compare what we saw with what is online). The neighborhood was sketchy, slum like and did not feel safe. We didn’t feel safe nor were the accommodations even marginally acceptable. '

'Not the place I originally booked. Hours before check in, I was contacted by the host & given a different address than I originally agreed on.1 less bed than agreed. Host gave an air mattress. 'I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. '

'This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this.'
