Complained case to one of the agent. Only refund the 1 room at lower price. The agent do not even offer or ask what is my cost due to Expedia mistake. This is totally unacceptable. 'Loved the hotel, however our last day there for breakfast wasn’t the best. One of the staff members were overbearing. Was constantly in our way when making our waffles. Treated the adults like we were children. Very unacceptable in so many ways. We were monitored when making our waffles. I even was told I couldn’t add chocolate chips to my waffle mix. She tried telling us how long we should keep our waffles in the maker etc. my overall experience with this situation would prevent me from staying...

You must make sure your guess have everything they need after a long day of travel.'
