'Overall the stay was good, but there were some issues. I paid for a specific blow dryer for the trip and they told me last minute it was given to another customer. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was decent and the host communicated quickly.'

'Great location but couch needs to be replaced. Stained and dirty'

The room was comfortable and nicely designed, and the surrounding area is full of character and within walking distance of Florence’s main attractions. While it wasn’t completely quiet at times, the overall experience was very pleasant. A great place to stay in Florence.'

'A wonderfull location!'

'We loved our stay in Florence and the apartment was perfect. The location was in walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. We were able to walk to all the attractions we wanted to see and enjoyed a great outdoor market about 10 minutes from the apartment on Sunday. Check in was easy and quick. The representative met us at the apartment within minutes of our arrival and communicated with us through what’s app. Apartment was clean, air conditioned and had free wifi. I would highly...
