'Nice quiet home with a quaint cottagey feel. The kitchen was dated but well stocked with everything we needed. Our kids enjoyed the yard and playing with the cats out the back. Convenient location to Monterrey and Carmel, there's a big playground a blocks walk away too.'

'The road to get here is really winding so I suggest going during daylight hours. Once we arrived, We found the parking but couldn't figure out where the place was. So we walked straight ahead of where we parked and found it. Uneven stairs to get to front door. Once we were inside it was very nice. It's only peaceful if there isn't any family's with kids in the above house, so I suggest asking first. The view from the deck is a lot of trees so you can't see much. 'We reviewed the home before we stayed so it was exactly what we expected. As previously stated by others, bathrooms are located within 2 of the 4 rooms so prepare for that, and the upstairs master shower warm water is reverse. As long as you are aware of those two unique property facts, the stay is great. Host responds promptly with any questions as well. We enjoyed our stay.'
