'This property is exactly as advertised. Unit was clean, comfortable and perfect for our two couples. Pina was easy to communicate and work with, and we really appreciated the taste of her family Limoncello produced on their farm in Sicily. I would recommend this place if you are in Rome to sightsee for a couple days, It is a short10 minute walk to the Colosseum 20 miuntes to walk to Roma Termini and there are many restaurantes and shops nearby. Great location, and a very good value. Thanks Pina!'

'It is a beautiful place. But when it comes to service it is moderate and on occasion a bit clumsy. That is not in proportion with the price. Besides that, in many hotels with lower price settings coffee from a machine in lobby or lounge are included. Here it was not the case, that doesn’t feel very welcoming. '

'Excellent location. Farmers Market right across the street daily during the week, not sure on weekends. Could get a little noisy at times but shutting the windows made it quiet. About 1 mile walk to Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. Colosseum 30-40 minute walk . Many excellent restaurants close by along with gift shops and convenience stores. Hosts communication is great and they were very responsive and flexible. Beds were very comfortable and fresh flowers were a nice touch to each room. ...
