'There was no elevator at this property, and I am disabled with the neuromuscular disease. Walking up and down the stairs twice each time I took my luggage into the room and then back down the next day caused pain to my legs, knees, and back. Had I known there were no elevator I would have requested a ground floor room or gone to a different hotel.'
