'New hotel, nice amenities and location, staff was untrained, misinformed. Many construction issues or imcomplete work in rooms. Breakfast was weird. Njce property, great loaction, just need to train staff as they were telling us wrong stuff often. '

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'We loved everything about the jw except the pool was so overcrowded and no chairs by 9am because people save them all day. We paid a lot of money to stay here and apparently they let you buy day passes for the locals and it was just many people at the pool. So if you are coming for the pool, I would stay somewhere else.'

'Room was as expected. Front desk staff were helpful. Wife uses cane now and the front desk found a ground floor room for us. Breakfast was usual for a Days Inn (I do like making the waffles). Only complaint is cigarette smell and the stuff they use to try and cover it up within about 12 feet of all entrances.'

'Ik had een suite geboekt. Het was echt een prachtige maar ook rustige kamer. Mooi ingericht. Met een inloopdouche en een klein keukentje waar je kon koken en met een afwasmachine. Supernetjes en schoon. Goede locatie, vlak bij een wallmart en een hoop andere winkels. We waren er erg blij mee. '

Bij Marriott aan de overzijde (toch auto nemen zeker bij plus 40°) was het ontbijt zeer lekker, en het Italiaans restaurant dat we uitkozen was uitstekend, mooie inrichting en lekker eten.'

'Check in was awful. We were given keys to 2 different rooms on different floors & neither were ready to be occupied. So we had to keep going back to the front desk moving our luggage from floor to floor. Finally the third room was ready for us to occupy after some time. No communication between staff. Tried to use the pool and outside areas. but pool was full of deprie and bugs. Cushions and chairs in outside area that looked great online were dirty, torn cushions and unkept. Cigarette...

'Only complaint is that the EV charger isn't available. Said it was being repaired, but there was only a post, no evidence of it ever being usable. I booked this hotel specifically to or the ability to charge my car. Added expense and inconvenience. Please update your website.'

'Hotel was very clean. Room was very clean. There was handicap accessible Parking a few feet from the entrance that led to the elevators. Staff was so friendly and provided us with a room with a balcony. The Starbucks located in the main lobby offered a nice variety of coffee. The hotel was a 20 minute drive to most of the locations we visited Downtown over the Easter holiday. Arizona financial Theatre, Arizona Science Center, & Chase Field. Directly across the hotel is a small amusement park...

'As many reviews have stated, this property is undergoing a much needed renovation. The renovated parts and the lazy river area were great, our unrenovated room and the complex we were in were not. Definitely not worth the cost if you are in the old parts of the resort.'
