'Checked in with Ruben, he was great. The room was clean and well furnished. It was larger than expected, which was nice. The hotel is very nice. The staff was so nice and helpful. I used the guest laundry, the machines worked well, and the space was clean. They provided large pillows, which is so nice. I couldn't figure out how to get the guide on the TV, but the TV worked great. It was in a nice location. They provided a good breakfast. I really enjoyed my short stay. My only complaints are -...

'We were down in Phx for my daughters surgery. I didn’t want to have to drive around in the car for a few hours after she was done waiting for check-in so I called to see if it was possible for early check-in. The front desk staff was so helpful and accommodating! We got to check in as soon as she was done and able to leave. So thankful. '
