'Great location, house was perfect with lots of space and the garage was really great with the wet weather. Walked to Vandy and being walkable distance to restaurants and bars was perfect. Really appreciated the communication and clear instructions. '

'This spot was great to getting to areas in Nashville like The Local and Broadway. One big plus is that it’s close to Wendell Smiths and Hattie B’s on the west side.'

'The house was great. The neighborhood wasn’t. People party out front of the apartment till 4:30 am. They have a really great time out there because you can hear them laughing and talking all night. Every Uber driver told us not to go out at night in the neighborhood so we didn’t. Cleaned up some water on the tile and the towel was black. The house is new and really nice but I think the maid just spot cleans.'
