'Na beoordeling van anderen gelezen te hebben waren onze verwachtingen niet erg hoog gespannen. Maar wij waren heel tevreden. Vooral blij met het ontbijt. Dat was simpel maar wel inclusief fruit en yoghurt. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Enige minpunt was dat de kamers erg gehorig zijn. Personeel zou gasten niet in aangrenzende kamers moeten zetten (indien mogelijk).'

'Beautiful stay. We booked last minute and it was amazing! We were able to book the room with jacuzzi and a fireplace—which made the whole stay so romantic. Will recommend and am planning to visit regularly. Hoping to return in the fall but definitely next spring. This family works hard and takes pride in their Inn and it shows in every inch of the grounds. Loved every minute!!'

'We returned to the Chambery Inn to celebrate my wife's birthday and the Memorial Day weekend. We were very happy with our choice. We stayed in a beautiful room (203), which included a spacious sitting area and a well-appointed bath. The breakfast were nicely prepared and presented. The Inn provided timely information prior and during our stay. We will be back in the future. '

'I was in town to attend an inspection on a house we made an offer on in nearby Becket. The Whitlock was perfect for me. It was conveniently located, in town, close to dining, and with easy parking. The inn was historic, charming, and had lots of character. It was exactly what I was looking for. There is now staff available on premises from 7 am to 10 pm. I was able to check in on site. The outer doors were locked at night. I would definitely come back.'
