'We loved this location in the historic district and its proximity to restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our weekend stay.'

'This is an ensuite bedroom with a private entrance. It is clean, well maintained and quiet. The bedding is nice and the towels are thick and absorbent. There is a kitchenette that includes a small refrigerator, microwave and a combo (choose grounds or pod)coffee maker. The hosts have added a few light snacks as well as several coffee pods. What a nice touch!'

'Amazing hotel: feels brand new. Nice porch with rocking chairs in front of the hotel where you can sit with your drinks. Very laidback. Room was very clean and again felt very new. Parking was very easy. Reception staff was all right, but felt a bit distant (at several occasions). '

'Very clean but older than the pictures indicated. Appreciated the budget stay though for the one night and convenient location to the Air Force museum!! If you're a coffee drinker bring your own things. Also be sure to check out the area to be sure you feel comfortable with the location 👍 Easy check in and out and great communication with the owners.'

'quiet area , very close to Air museum and restaurants and such. We had only one issue with one of the showers would let any hot water come out. It was taken care of very promptly.'

'This small, tidy house was in a quiet neighborhood with easy on-street parking and only two miles from University of Dayton's basketball arena. Restaurants and stores within two blocks.'

'Our stay was fine. The only concerns or problems we have was the fact there weren’t enough towels for a two day stay. I don’t know if that is typical to only have a day’s worth of towels. Then Saturday afternoon the furnace quit and the host didn’t respond to my message. I had to call her. We just decided to drive home. So, we made the 4.5 hour trip back home at 7:30 PM. I sincerely home we are refunded our second night like the host she would do.'
