'I was very skeptical on booking here because of the other reviews. But wow Was I wrong! As soon as I was in to get pre registered the ladies at the desk we nothing short of polite and a warm greeting. Our room was ready on time and the view was just amazing! The pools and water slides were open the entire time we were there except for a very short time when they were cleaning it (which was appreciated) the kids loved that it was just a short walk to the beach and back to the pool. 'Everything we went for was CLOSED. The pools, bar, restaurant and hot tubs. Woke in with ar least 1/2 inch water from the air conditioner on the floor! No new towels, trash was not empted. The 7.99 insurance turned out to be $26. Which was useless! Not to mention the creepy dark parking deck. No lights..humm wonder why.'
