'This is a lovely house, perfect for people who need two bedrooms but can share a bathroom. The location is great. Parking was not a problem during our stay in early June. We walked in the neighborhood each day to admire the houses and gardens. People were friendly and we visited with a few dogs. The kitchen is modern. 'The location is very close to food and a short walk to the water. The limited street parking, which is noted in the listing is less than ideal as you can’t really get close to the front door with the homeowner of another property and the other what I assume rental property next door. Linens, dishes and counters were clean upon arrival. There were leftover bagels in the oven when we arrived( assuming the previous stay toasted and forgot, but was not cleaned out prior to our arrival). Using the...

'House was in a great location and convenient for getting to and from Boston. There were a few things that caused me not to leave a 5 star rating. One was there was a dead mouse under kitchen sink. Several of the dishes were dirty from previous tenants and dishwasher was broken and held together with twist ties. There were 2 windows that didn’t close completely causing bad drafts when windy outside. Other than that the house was beautiful and stay was great. '
