'Janet's property was clean, cozy, and incredibly located! We were a quick walk to downtown and a 5 minute drive to the North Inlet trailhead to Cascade Falls. We had everything we needed including extra games, books, and movies. Janet was so easy to communicate with, check-in and check-out was a breeze, and we could not have had a better stay! '

'Comfortable quaint cabin perfect for a couple. Located on a beautiful mountain lake. Great hiking right out the door. Close enough to hit the big city or Breckenridge or winter park as well as many other beautiful spots like Red Rocks for day trips. Bring your fishing pole the lake is full of rainbow and brook trout. Would stay again in a heartbeat!'

'We all loved this cabin! It was in a fantastic location: walkable distance to downtown but tucked away from traffic. Thank you for supplying shampoo, conditioner, and body wash… it made the stay even easier. And the extra sheets and bowls for the dog was a huge plus.'

'We had the best stay!! We absolutely loved exploring Fraser and winter park. We attended a wedding at devils thumb ranch and the drive was super easy. The house was super cute, very clean and worked perfectly for our needs with our 2 little kids. Highly recommend and would stay there again!'

"The room was comfortable and spacious. Even though the hotel is close to the highway, there were no noise issues. The sink wouldn't drain properly. It turned out that the plug was completely clogged; I dragged it out and it was full of long hair that smelled extremely foul. Clearly this hadn't been cleaned for weeks. The breakfast was rather poor, but that appears to be the standard for this type of chain hotel in the US. Barely any fresh and healthy options. Instead, you get prepacked toast and muffins."
