Children's room - twin bunkbeds, north-facing windows. View of Manhattan skyline.

Livingroom:
Super comfy Joybird sofa - comparable to a daybed.
A/C in living room only. Two fans available for the other rooms


The neighborhood:
Closest train- two blocks away (C train)
Playground with basketball courts just outside the front door.
Corner store directly in front of the building. Full grocery store nextdoor.
Yoga classes and juice bar within walking distance (3-5 min walk)
Cafes, karaoke, nail salons- also walking distance, but a little further (7-10min walk)
