'Spent Labor Day weekend at the Exeter Inn. The staff is lovely. The interior is beautiful. I loved the central staircase. Our room was large, comfortable and immaculate. The location is perfect. You can easily walk to town. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended'

'Great location! Walkable distance to many shops and restaurants. very safe. Although no staff on site, I sent a text asking for more towels and was delivered very quickly. Only negative is that there are only three parking parking spots for parallel parking in the back of the building. Extremely difficult to get in and out of unless you have a compact car. Would definitely stay again, but would utilize parking garage.'

'We and our dog stayed in the small one room suite. It was very clean and had everything we needed: a kitchen, a private bathroom, a very comfortable bed along with a dog bed! The location is in the heart of charming Newburyport yet quiet. We will be back. '
