'It was just ok for the money, overpriced for sure. Not a beach area its a river area. Front door did not lock from the inside and code on the door didnt work. Had to get the keys out of a lock box in the dark. Living room only had a 2 person love seat and a chair , no sofa . We had 4 adults so it wasnt very comfortable. Pictures look better than it actually was.'

'Perfect location right in the middle of downtown Newburyport. Apartment was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Host was attentive and responsive. Highly recommend.'

'This really was an oasis! Super-comfortable and well-equipped, it was a home away from home. It has excellent walkability, with fabulous restaurants and cafes and the waterfront right on your doorstep. Our hosts were very responsive and kind - we had a minor crisis on Saturday night and they responded promptly and offered generous support. This is an excellent find!'

'It was a perfect location , clean and nice little kitchen . Unfortunately the bathroom smelled like smelly armpits, the closet had only one hanger , there wasn’t a can opener or dish rack and there was only one dish towel . '

'The room was nice, there should have been 4 towels instead of just 2 and an extra blanket as just the sheet and bedspread were thin for cold nights. We did see staff in the morning and got another blanket they were very nice. Parking was tough. '
