Only issue is that you could hear pretty much everything outside: cars driving by with loud music playing, construction workers doing work in the middle of the night,etc. I understand this is not something the host can control, but something to consider when booking. 'The property was recently renovated, clean, comfortable, and in great shape. The host responded to every question and request. The parking was on an overgrown grass lot. The neighborhood was a little rough. We stayed over July 4, and there was a lot of noise. The pool table was a hit with both kids and adults.'

'The parking was challenging. The street had permit parking & perhaps the permit cannot be shared with VRBO clients. Therefore, there is essentially 2 hour pathing window per day. I feel that this should be more clearly stated in the overview. I specifically chose this home for its parking and was disappointed by the lack of parking.'
