'Nicely upgraded historic home. However strong odor of mildew and noisy heating air conditioning in room two was noticeable. Not a full kitchenette as advertised. '

'This welcoming, comfortable place was the perfect location and size for visiting the finger lakes area as a single person with pup. (Would be for a couple as well). As advertised, it’s cozy and felt like home during my stay. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. Bed is very comfortable! Hated to leave. Highly recommend.'

The neighborhood was enjoyable for both me and my dog—quiet, walkable, and pleasant overall.There is some noise from the thruway behind the building, but it was manageable and didn’t impact my stay. 'Great little place. Very clean and conveniently located. Loved the nice little touches and you can tell the host takes care of the place. Wish the construction in the room next to me started a little later in the day though - it was a little loud before 9am - but when the whole motel is remodeled it is going to be a true gem!'
