'Property was great and close to Bourbon Street and French Quarter. Needs additional cleaning under the beds and shower. Dogs at neighbors house barking loud until 2-3 AM some nights. '

'The place needed finishing in many areas. The hot /cold faucets in one bathroom were reversed. The faucet in the kitchen kept falling off. Very stark and barren decor. The outside gate and fronts were dirty and peeling paint although the inside was okay. First impression was disconcerting especially with 3 barking dogs. The location was the best. Walking was safe and close enough for no driving. '

'The location of The Natchez is perfect--just across Canal Street from the French Quarter. Close to the streetcar stop if you choose to take it, but also within easy walking distance to Bourbon Street. 'Three couples stayed for a great visit to New Orleans. The apartment was perfect with three bedrooms and bathrooms. It was quiet and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to many hotspots. We would definitely stay again when we return. '
