'We enjoyed our stay in this cute cabin! Probably the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Loved the big picture windows. We watched two spotted fawns sleeping along the fence line. All furnishings were comfortable. Although located in a neighborhood just minutes from town, the large lot and trees made it feel very private. 'Great place to stay with family of various ages. Elderly mother appreciated the low steps to property, step in shower and grab bar by toilet. Kids did puzzles and games with grandma and parents enjoyed the poarch sitting. Very clean, comfy king beds (and pillows) were great. Thank you for a wonderful stay. '

'Oir family had a great time at this property. There were 5 of us who fit comfortably. It was very convenient to our rocky mountain adventure. Even with it being the 4th weekend, roads were not crowded and manageable. With the heat, the house stayed cool enough for comfortable rest. The main floor was were we hung out the most. '

'Owner was extremely friendly and responsive. The downtown shopping district with free parking was only a couple minutes drive. RMNP was only around 10 min drive. Steep driveway to a large parking area that easily held out 3 big SUVs and could have held 1-2 more. The home was rather warm on the hot summer day we arrived.
